I have lived in Vancouver all my life, and am proud to call this gorgeous city home. As a local North Vancouver resident I cannot seem to brag enough about the local beauty and amazing opportunities those of us lucky enough to live in Vancouver can experience.

As a licensed REALTOR®, I have the privilege of helping guide people through one of the biggest and most important purchases of their lives – their home… or even a favourite get-away cabin, or new income-generating property.

I am effectively a one-stop-shop for real estate, able to work hard to help people find their dream home, while actively marketing and selling their current house. Through my connection network I can lead clients directly to other competent service providers, such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, builders, and home stagers. This allows me to support clients through all aspects of a purchase or sale, which is very important to me.

My focus is on outstanding customer service. I strive to impress people with my fast and competent follow through, highest level of commitment, and straightforward organization.

Julia is a Divisional Director of the North Shore-Sunshine Coast-Sea to Sky division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver through which she enjoys participating in the real estate community and helping to coordinate charitable and educational events.
