The January Real Estate Market began its climb into the spring rush typically experienced through February and March. The number of listings on the North Shore was higher this January than last, allowing more opportunity for potential purchasers. Sale prices of detached houses were up an average of 20% this January across North and West Vancouver when compared to prices last January!
