Tips for preparing your home:
1) Do some simple landscaping; mow the lawn and plant some flowers by the door to increase your curb-appeal
2) Organize closets and cupboards - potential buyers often open every door!
3) Be sure to put the toilet seats down, wipe the sink, and move the toilet brusher or plunger into storage
4) Check that the doorbell works, and that the front door opens without squeaking
5) Clean mirrors and windows, especially those that the sun shines on
