Take Action…
This is a great time of year to take serious action in searching for a new home. Maybe you have more time off work, and can take a day or two to schedule some viewings. I know your mind may be on the holidays, but remember that at this time of year, so are the minds of the sellers! Often this can be an ideal time to strike a profitable deal, between mid December and mid January.
